I had a couple of questions before placing my order, and they did get back to me quickly. I mean, not instantly or anything, so maybe I was just being a little impatient, but the timing felt reasonable and the answers were clear. One response took longer over the weekend, which is why I’d probably give it 4 stars. Overall, the communication was good, and it felt like an actual person was paying attention.

My order did have an issue, which was frustrating, but I have to admit support got it sorted out quickly. I wasn’t thrilled about having to contact them, but they made it painless in the end

I was kinda surprised they had the stuff I needed in stock. Super easy and saved me a trip somewhere else, tbh.

It worked fine when I first installed it, so I thought I was good to go. But after just a few weeks, the same issues started coming back. I was careful with the install too, so it’s not like I just slapped it on and hoped for the best. For the price, I expected it to last way longer, especially based on how it was advertised. Shipping was okay, but the durability definitely didn’t match what was promised...

Everything showed up working and looked like the description, so if this order is anything to go by, they seem like a solid place for older console parts. I’d order from them again, though I do wish more stuff stayed in stock.

I sent in my old Game Boy because the screen was acting up, and from what I can tell, they did a really clean job fixing it. It’s working fine now, and the buttons actually feel good too, which was a nice bonus. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that it took a little longer than I was expecting. Still, I’ve been using it for a couple weeks and haven’t had any issues, so overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

I’m kind of picky about shipping costs, so I was happy to see this one was cheap and there weren’t any weird extra fees added at checkout.

I’ve been using both systems for a couple weeks now, just here and there, and so far nothing weird has happened. Buttons feel normal, screen is still working, and that one thing I was worried about hasn’t really been an issue.

I’m going with 4 stars mostly because shipping took longer than I expected, though maybe I just missed something when I ordered. The parts themselves seem solid, and I’d probably buy them again if I needed more.

I expected some kind of hassle because that’s usually how things go for me with overseas orders, but this arrived in Germany fast. For once, shipping wasn’t a problem, which was a nice surprise

I ordered a screen kit and used their install guide, and honestly... it made the whole thing way less stressful!! The instructions were really clear, and the pictures helped a ton... especially because I’m not exactly amazing with tiny ribbon cables!!! I still took my time and went slow, but I didn’t have to guess my way through it. Everything worked on the first try, which was such a relief!! Definitely would buy from them again.

I was just glad to find most of the Game Boy and SNES parts I needed here. A few colors were out of stock, but they still had way more options than I usually see.

I ordered a replacement shell and buttons, i was kind of disappointed when they arrived. The plastic felt cheaper than I expected, and one of the buttons had some rough edges that didn’t feel great. I did get it to work after trimming it a bit, but for the price, I personally expected better quality
